Being a woman in this day and age is heavy.

We grow up programmed to be full of insecurities, obsessed with our body & looks, self-deprecating and in competition with our sisters.

This often translates into self-betrayal, eating disorders, low sense of worth, exercise addiction, and plastic surgery, to only name a few, leading to a state of eternal dissatisfaction and complete dissociation from the body.

The saddest part is that we put ourself and our body through all of this for the false promise of being seen and loved, without being given a voice to be heard.
